On day 1 Session I of Palm-leaf reading, Dr. T.V. Vasudeva, Dy. Director, The KSRI delivered a lecture on "Introduction of Manuscript & Script Knowledge" followed by a theory and practical presentation on "Handling & Preserving the manuscripts" by Smt. J. Lalitha, Librarian, KSRI, in Session III. Dr. K.S. Balasubramanian, Director, KSRI was invited as the Chief Guest for the Valedictory function of Day 1 of TRAYI and delivered the valedictory address.
