A team comprising of Dr. Anuradha Choudry, Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Kharagpur and the Coordinator, Indian Knowledge Systems Division along with Shri Anurag Deshpande, Research Fellow from The Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), Division of the Ministry of Education, visited KSRI on the 17th December, Friday.

The IKS Division in collaboration with Prof. K. S. Kannan ji and Prof. Aditya K ji from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Madras, conducted an interactive discussion meeting with a few renowned scholars and thinkers on 18th December, Saturday. Dr.Sita Sundar Ram, Secretary, KSRI spoke about the KSRI.

On the same day, the IKS team met a larger group of IKS enthusiasts selected from Institutes, Universities and Colleges in and around Chennai. This is mainly to disseminate the IKSD objectives and call for project proposals from academic and other institutions. Dr. V Yamuna Devi and Dr. P.C. Muralidharan, Asst. Professors from the KSRI and Dr. V. Ramakalyani, Research Associate, KSRI attended the brainstorming session.
